Online Counselling
Video sessions are priced as face to face therapy at £60 I can deliver this through a variety of secure platforms.
Email counselling – A session is made up of one of your regular written messages to me and my response to you. I charge £50 per session/hour.
Text exchange – a session is made up of an hour of interactive messaging. I charge £50 per session/hour.
Telephone counselling. I charge £60 per session/hour.
There is no charge for our first exchange of emails. This includes your completed application questionnaire and my return email with my thoughts on how our therapy could progress.

If you miss a session with less than 24 hours notice there may be a charge.
Payment can be made through PayPal or bank transfer, a secure online payment system. Payment is made in advance of the session.
